• Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.

Yes - it arrives arranged in vase, ready to display right away. No separate container needed.

Can the flowers look different from the photo?

We may substitute stems of similar color and variety to ensure freshness. The overall pink-and-white palette stays consistent, though specific varieties may vary by season and location.

How soon can I get my order?

Next day delivery is available in most locations when you order by Noon.

How do I make the flowers last longer?

Change the water daily and re-trim the stems every two to three days. Keeping the vase away from direct sunlight and fruit bowls also helps extend vase life.
